[Scikit-learn-general] Starting Contribution

Hi,

This is Jayaganesh K. I've been using scikit for the past couple of
months in all classifiers and now I think its my duty to contribute back
to the same.

I've expertise knowledge in Image processing and using different
classifiers for the same. I've previously worked on BLUR DETECTION AND
ESTIMATION and have implemented a paper on image processing.

could u pls tell me on how to go about because currently I've tried on
the GIT repository and I wasn't able to really go ahead with the same
without guidance and support.

I thereby request the mentors to kindly support me on the same and on
how to go about.
