I’ve been reading through the manuals a while back. It’s an amazing book! I am happy to see that the “complete” manuscript is online now, and I am looking forward to get the paperback in a few weeks/months via MIT press — I am a bit classic when it comes to text books, and I really like to have this one on my shelve!
