I am going to start contributing code for your organization 'Scikit-Learn'.
I am also planning to participate in Google Summer of Code 2017. So, I
wanted your help on where to start (solving bugs,patches or read some
Developer manual). I have good experience of working with python and
machine learning. I have also used Scikit-Learn for one of my projects.
